# How To Access and Activate Text Templates in Invoice123?

### How to do it?
1. Select **TEXT TEMPLATES** from the menu bar

2. Click **CREATE A TEMPLATE**

3. Select the **TYPE** of the **TEMPLATE** and fill in all the necessary information

* to send reminders for unpaid invoices
* to send invoices to customers
* for notes/comments on invoices

4. Confirm the settings by clicking on the blue **CREATE A TEMPLATE** button
