# How to Add a Return Payment to the Invoice for an Overpayment?

Did the customer make a payment with an overpayment? Easily include a refund payment to the invoice.  

### How to do it?
1. Select the invoice to which you want to add a refund

2. Choose the option **ADD PAYMENT** and select **REFUND**

3. Enter the desired refund amount and click **INCLUDE PAYMENT**

4. The refund amount will be added, and the invoice status will change from **Overpaid** to **Paid**
