# How to Automatically Confirm to the Client That Payment Was Successful?

Text templates are an excellent tool that helps to deal with writing tasks faster and easier while maintaining high quality and professionalism. With automated successful payment notifications to clients, you'll maintain good relationships, inform them about payment status, and provide clarity. With the help of the guide, you can easily activate or create a template you need!

### How to do it?
1. Select **TEXT TEMPLATES** from the menu bar

2. Click **CREATE A TEMPLATE**

3. Choose the template type **INVOICE PAID**

4. Fill in all the necessary information: template name, header, and content

5. Confirm the settings by clicking the blue **CREATE A TEMPLATE** button

### How to activate automatic payment confirmation?
1. Choose **SETTINGS** from the menu bar

2. Select **INVOICES**

3. In the invoice settings list, choose the template

4. Save the changes
