# How To Convert a Proforma Invoice into an Invoice?

Ensure legal compliance, accurate VAT reclaims, and precise financial reporting by converting Proforma invoice to invoice or VAT invoice. Follow our simple guide to get started! 

### How to do it?
1. When including invoice payment, click **ADD PAYMENT**

2. Tick the **CONVERT TO PROFORMA INVOICE** checkbox

**OR**

3. On the selected invoice, click **OTHER ACTIONS** and select **CONVERT TO INVOICE/VAT INVOICE**

4. Number of original proforma invoice will be added in invoice information field
