# How to Create a Personalised Email Template?

Personalize your email template design in just a few clicks. Want to add your logo, update the header design, or choose preferred colours? Step by step, we'll show you how to do it and highlight your business style with every invoice sent!

### How to create a personalised email template?
1. In the menu bar, select **SETTINGS**

2. In the sidebar, choose **INVOICES**

3. Select **EMAIL TEMPLATES** and click on the edit pencil

4. Create a template name and edit the desired fields

You can edit:
* Display of the logo in the email
* Header colour in the top bar
* Template message ([instructions](https://invoice123-support.crisp.help/en/article/how-to-access-and-activate-text-templates-in-invoice123-1nzonns/?bust=1702390959288))
* Email background/summary colour
* Enable/disable the Invoice123 system name via the copyright function
* Enable/disable header (available with paid plans for Individuals or business)
* Enable/disable products table (available with paid plans for Individuals or business)

5. After setting the template design, **SAVE CHANGES**

6. Once the template is saved, send the desired invoice to the client

7. Clients, upon receiving the invoice, will find PDF file attached
