# How to Create an Invoice? A Step-by-Step Guide!

### Here are 3 Key Steps to Issue Your First Invoice:
* Go to the sidebar on the left of your account and click on the "+" icon under "Invoices"
* Enter the required invoice details, such as a unique serial number, customer information, and details about the services or products provided.
* Choose whether to send the invoice immediately by clicking "Create and send" or to save it as a draft to send later by clicking "Create".

### Step-by-Step Guide with Screenshots: Creating Your Invoice
1. Select **INVOICES** from the menu bar

2. Click **CREATE INVOICE**

| You can also create an account by clicking the plus sign icon in the top menu bar

3. Choose the appropriate **INVOICE TYPE**

| Each invoice type has to have separate series created in settings, or can be created during invoice creation step

4. Provide the necessary **BUYER DETAILS**

| **Seller's** data can also be edited in the invoice creation window. Don't forget to activate the option in order to update it in the business settings.

5. Fill in your **PRODUCT or SERVICE** information

6. Add **ADDITIONAL DETAILS** if required

7. Click **CREATE INVOICE**
