How to Apply the 9% VAT Rate?
Reduced rate of VAT is applicable only to particular services/products.
Select SETTINGS from the menu bar
Select TYPES OF VAT in the sidebar
Add the VAT2 type with 9% RATE
Confirm the settings by clicking SAVE CHANGES
When writing the invoice, select the newly added VAT2 type with 9% RATE
