Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an essential security mechanism that protects online accounts from unauthorised access attempts. This additional security measure requires not only a password but also an additional authentication code that can be generated by a special application or received via email.
2FA provides users with greater control and reduces the risk of data theft, cyberattacks, and malicious activity. It is not only a personal security measure but also essential for organizations managing sensitive information or holding a large customer database.
Enabling 2FA can significantly increase online security and protect your accounts.
How to enable 2FA?
- Go to your MY ACCOUNT

- Click on the ENABLE 2FA button

Authentication
- Click on the GET CODE button

- DOWNLOAD RECOVERY CODES in case you fail to log in with the first 2FA code. Do not share these codes with anyone

- Enter the code you received by email

- Click the CONFIRM button

- 2FA is successfully enabled! Each time you log in, you will need to enter an additional security code received via email

Authentication with an Authenticator App
- Click on AUTHENTICATOR APP

- DOWNLOAD RECOVERY CODES in case you fail to log in with the first 2FA code. Do not share these codes with anyone

- Download an Authenticator app to your phone and scan the QR code

- Enter the code you see in the app for Invoice123

- Click CONFIRM

- 2FA is successfully enabled! Each time you log in, you will need to enter an additional security code from the autheticator application
