Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an essential security mechanism that protects online accounts from unauthorised access attempts. This additional security measure requires not only a password but also an additional authentication code that can be generated by a special application or received via email.
2FA provides users with greater control and reduces the risk of data theft, cyberattacks, and malicious activity. It is not only a personal security measure but also essential for organizations managing sensitive information or holding a large customer database.
Enabling 2FA can significantly increase online security and protect your accounts.


How to enable 2FA?

  1. Go to your MY ACCOUNT
  2. Click on the ENABLE 2FA button


Authentication

  1. Click on the GET CODE button
  2. DOWNLOAD RECOVERY CODES in case you fail to log in with the first 2FA code. Do not share these codes with anyone
  3. Enter the code you received by email
The code is active for 10 minutes after receiving the email. After that time, you will need to start the process again


  1. Click the CONFIRM button
  2. 2FA is successfully enabled! Each time you log in, you will need to enter an additional security code received via email
To disable 2FA, click on DISABLE TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA) and enter your account password


Authentication with an Authenticator App

  1. Click on AUTHENTICATOR APP
  2. DOWNLOAD RECOVERY CODES in case you fail to log in with the first 2FA code. Do not share these codes with anyone
  3. Download an Authenticator app to your phone and scan the QR code

  1. Enter the code you see in the app for Invoice123
  2. Click CONFIRM
  3. 2FA is successfully enabled! Each time you log in, you will need to enter an additional security code from the autheticator application
To disable 2FA, click on DISABLE TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA) and enter your account password
