How to Activate Multilingualism for Products/Services?

Multilingualism in invoicing is crucial for ensuring clarity and understanding for international clients. It helps avoid misunderstandings, increases customer satisfaction, and promotes smoother trade and cooperation with partners from different countries. Additionally, it aids in complying with legal regulations in various markets.

How to activate product translations?


In the menu bar, select SETTINGS

In the sidebar, select LANGUAGES

Choose the desired languages and activate the translation functionality

Save the settings by clicking SAVE CHANGES

Go to the MEASURES AND CURRENCIES section

Add translations for the desired units of measure and save by clicking SAVE CHANGES

Next, go to the PRODUCTS/SERVICES section

Click CREATE PRODUCT

Enter the product information and select the desired translations to apply

Translations can be applied to the name, measure, and description.

Enter the desired translations and save the product by clicking SAVE PRODUCT

During invoice creation, product translations will be displayed according to the client's selected language

When selecting the client's language, the product name in parentheses will show the main language product name

After creating the invoice, the invoice language will be set according to the client's language
