How to Add a Client in Invoice123?

Creating a new customer in the system is an important part of the business process, which allows the management of customer data, assign invoices, and view customer debts. This helps to efficiently manage operations, understand customer needs, and ensure a high level of service.


How to do it?

  1. Select CLIENTS from the menu bar
  2. Click on the blue CREATE CLIENT button
  3. Collect and fill the client's information and save it by clicking on the blue CREATE CLIENT button

If you enter a client's email address, this email address will be used as the recipient's email address when sending the invoice through the system


  1. You can create client in invoice creation window. Enter buyer's details
  2. Activate setting SAVE THE CLIENT ON THE LIST. Client will be saved to your client list
