How to Create a Free-form Document/Deed of Acceptance?
A free-form document or deed of acceptance is necessary to capture work performance information, validate work completion, and ensure accuracy in invoicing and accounting. It helps maintain transparency, confirm the delivery of services or completion of projects, and support accurate financial record-keeping.
How to do it?
- Open the list of INTEGRATIONS
- Find and install DOCUMENT CREATION INTEGRATION
- Select the INVOICE in the list of invoices that requires an additional document
- Expand the invoice and click on OTHER ACTIONS, select CREATE AN INVOICE BASED DOCUMENT
- If necessary, add more information
- Create the document by clicking CREATE
