How to Create a Product or Service in Invoice123?

When invoicing clients, it's important to specify the services or products you're billing them for. By creating a list of your products or services in Invoice123, you can easily select and add them to your invoices with just a click. Simplify your invoicing process and ensure accurate billing with this tutorial on how to create products or services in Invoice123.

How to do it?

Select PRODUCTS / SERVICES from the menu bar

Click the CREATE PRODUCT button

Enter the required product information

Save the product or service information by clicking the blue CREATE PRODUCT button

In the Invoicing window, SELECT PRODUCTS/SERVICES FROM THE LIST

In the "Name" field, simply click or begin typing the name of the product or service.

If you have a large number of products, you may not see them all in the list. Start typing the name of the product to quickly find it.
