How to install the Invoice123 PrestaShop plugin?
PrestaShop integration enables businesses to streamline the invoicing process. The integration allows for the automatic generation and sending of invoices to customers who purchase items from your online store.
This integration also reduces the likelihood of errors in invoices since all product data, including prices, is transferred automatically based on the issued invoices. Additionally, using this module, you can easily monitor the status of your invoices and payments.
In the menu bar, select INTEGRATIONS
Find and install the PrestaShop plugin
Create an API key
Enter a name and click CREATE
Return to the PrestaShop plugin settings and click LINK SETTINGS
Enter all the requested information and SAVE CHANGES
Note: If you're a VAT payer, you need to create VAT types in the Invoice123 system to link them on the PrestaShop side.
During the order, you can include both physical and legal entity contacts.
In the PrestaShop module, click DOWNLOAD MODULE
Log in to PrestaShop and under MODULES, upload the downloaded file
Note: If you're a VAT payer, ensure all products in the list have VAT assigned in the product pricing section.
The plugin will appear on the left navigation bar in the bottom
Paste the API key and click SAVE
In settings, choose the status after which the invoice will be generated, link VAT types, and SAVE
Once an order is made and marked with the selected status, an invoice will be generated and sent to the customer
You'll see if the invoice was successfully generated inside the order at the bottom
