Real-time Payment Status!

Allow us to share a very convenient feature - automatic payment status, which allows you to see the real-time status of paid or overdue invoices. All you need to do is activate the bank integration module called "Automatic Payment Offset".

How to do it?

Open the INTEGRATIONS List
Find the Automatic Payment Offset integration
Install the integration and activate needed settings
Click on LINK DATA
Select the country where your bank is located
Choose your bank from the list provided and click APPLY
Give consent to connect your bank and confirm it by logging into your bank account. Window opens in a new tab

The authorisation for the consent is valid for 90 days, after which you will need to re-link your bank account with Invoice123.

If new tab does not open, please check your browsers settings for pop-up windows permissions

Congratulations, your integration is activated, and from now on, you will be able to see the payment statuses of all issued invoices automatically.
