How to Automatically Confirm to the Client That Payment Was Successful?
Text templates are an excellent tool that helps to deal with writing tasks faster and easier while maintaining high quality and professionalism. With automated successful payment notifications to clients, you'll maintain good relationships, inform them about payment status, and provide clarity. Select TEXT TEMPLATES from the menu bar
Click CREATE A TEMPLATE
Choose the template type INVOICE PAID
Fill in all the necessary information: template name, header, and content
Confirm the settings by clicking the blue CREATE A TEMPLATE button
Choose SETTINGS from the menu bar
Select INVOICES
In the invoice settings list, choose the template
Save the changes
The notification will be sent to the client when the payment is added to the invoice.
