How to Create a Free-form Document/Deed of Acceptance?

A free-form document or deed of acceptance is necessary to capture work performance information, validate work completion, and ensure accuracy in invoicing and accounting. It helps maintain transparency, confirm the delivery of services or completion of projects, and support accurate financial record-keeping.

How to do it?


Open the list of INTEGRATIONS

You can find modules in two ways. In the account management panel, by selecting the PUZZLE ICON, or in account settings by clicking on INTEGRATIONS.

Find and install DOCUMENT CREATION INTEGRATION

Select the INVOICE in the list of invoices that requires an additional document

Expand the invoice and click on OTHER ACTIONS, select CREATE AN INVOICE BASED DOCUMENT

If necessary, add more information

Create the document by clicking CREATE

A paperclip icon will appear next to the invoice. Click on it to find the generated deed of acceptance - transfer of goods and download it.
